Grown on our family farm in Valensole, in the Alpes-de-Haute-Provence, it is harvested at full maturity and then distilled using a natural pre-wilting process followed by a slow distillation. This method preserves an exceptional fine lavender essential oil, naturally rich in linalool and linalyl acetate — the two molecules behind the soothing and balancing reputation of Provence lavender worldwide.
