Same as Lavande (true lavender), the flowers of Lavandin are firstly left to dry in the field for 1 or 2 days so as to remove the moisture inside. Then we distill them in our traditional still for at least 1 hour. These long but essential phases give our lavender essential oil an incomparable scent.
