Almond Scented Candle

Every year, at winter's end, the almond trees of the Valensole plateau become covered in white and pink blossoms, announcing renewal after the frost.

Then comes summer, when the almonds slowly ripen in the sun, before the autumn harvest brings the cycle to a close.

This candle captures that particular season: the tender, faintly milky scent of almond, warm and enveloping, like one last ray of sunshine before winter.

Because it smells lovely without being overpowering. Because its rapeseed wax burns cleanly, leaving behind no soot or paraffin residue.

Because its tin, decorated with almond blossoms, never ends up in the trash: once the candle is spent, it becomes a treasure box, a pencil holder, or simply a decorative object on a shelf.

And because it's handmade, right here in Provence, with the same care given to every gesture for four generations.

Before first use, let the candle burn until the wax melts across the entire surface (approximately 2 hours) to avoid tunneling. Trim the wick to 5mm before each lighting. Never leave a burning candle unattended, keep it out of reach of children and pets, and burn it on a stable, heat-resistant surface, away from anything flammable.
