Collection: Honey & Delicacies

Our Honey & Sweet Treats collection brings together Terraroma's most emblematic confections, inspired by Provence and our family's expertise. It celebrates the delicate flavours of lavender honey, the finesse of lavender and the natural generosity of our Valensole almonds.

You will find our black and white Provence nougats, hand-crafted in Sault in a copper cauldron by a master confectioner, using our whole Provence almonds and IGP Provence lavender honey — with no preservatives or colourants. The black nougat, with 53% almonds, and the white nougat, with 36% almonds and 28% IGP lavender honey, are two exceptional confections honouring Provençal tradition.

The collection also includes our artisan sweets crafted in Valensole: plain honey sweets and lavender and lavender honey sweets, made with our own fine lavender essential oil and our Valensole honey, with no colourants or artificial flavourings.

As harvests allow, our IGP Provence Label Rouge lavender honey from our own hives will once again join this collection.
