The Provence almond is one of the treasures of the Valensole plateau: a rare and precious fruit whose flavour depends directly on the climate, the soil and the care given to the orchard. At Terraroma, our 15,000-plus almond trees are cultivated using agroecological practices, without glyphosate, in respect of the soil, biodiversity and the natural rhythms of nature — for a premium almond, rich in flavour, harvested and sold direct from the producer.
Alongside our whole almonds, Pralines de Pauline hold a very special place. Prepared in a copper cauldron following a family recipe passed down through generations, their slow cooking and artisan expertise give birth to a crunchy and fragrant treat. No colourants, no preservatives — a tribute to the Provençal terroir and the tradition of the 13 Provençal Christmas desserts.
