From field to flame — the lavandin from our farm

On the Valensole plateau, we cultivate two great lavender families : fine lavender, delicate and floral, and lavandin, a more vigorous hybrid with a fresh, powerful scent. It is this lavandin, grown on our family land, that gives this candle its fragrance.

After the summer harvest, the stems are distilled in Valensole using the traditional alembic method. The essential oil obtained is pure and unreconstituted — it concentrates within a few millilitres everything the plateau has to offer, alive and generous. It is this very oil that we incorporate directly into the wax of this candle, with no intermediary.

A handcrafted candle, considered in every detail

Made by hand in Provence, this candle is built on a 100% rapeseed wax — plant-based, biodegradable, and paraffin-free. It burns more cleanly than a conventional candle, for a serene atmosphere with no compromise on indoor air quality.

Poured into an elegant metal tin with a cotton wick, it is an object in its own right — understated, natural, and lasting. Its 115 g of wax gives a burn time of approximately 25 hours, allowing the lavandin fragrance to accompany your quieter moments at length.

Getting the most from your candle

On first use, allow the candle to burn until the entire surface of wax has melted — this prevents tunnelling and extends its life. To extinguish, gently dip the wick into the melted wax then straighten it, rather than blowing it out, to avoid splashing and preserve the fragrance.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended
• Keep out of reach of children and animals
• Maintain at least 7 cm between burning candles
• Never light near flammable objects
• Always place on a stable, heat-resistant surface
