Discover our Nougat de Provence Blanc Surfin, presented as a 100 g bar and crafted in a copper cauldron following the tradition of Provençal master confectioners.
It highlights the delicate flavour of our whole Provence almonds (36%), grown on our family farm, combined with the smooth sweetness of PGI Provence lavender honey (28%).

Prepared in Sault, Provence, by the Master Confectioner of Maison Boyer, this nougat offers a soft and tender texture, enhanced by the natural crunch of the almonds.
Each piece reveals the subtle balance between the finesse of lavender honey, the aromatic richness of the almonds, and a savoir-faire passed down through generations.
