Our whole shelled almonds are harvested on our family farm at the heart of the Valensole plateau, in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region. From the Lauranne and Ferragnès varieties — two noble Provençal varieties prized for their delicate flavour and exceptional crunch — they are regarded as premium almonds, rare and highly sought after by dried fruit enthusiasts and culinary professionals alike.
Grown using agroecological practices and guaranteed glyphosate-free, they thrive in a preserved environment where biodiversity, soil quality and respect for the seasons guide every step of our work. After harvest, our sweet almonds are naturally dried to preserve their full flavour and crunch, then vacuum-sealed for optimal freshness.

Not to be confused with the bitter almond, reserved for certain technical and aromatic uses: our almonds are exclusively sweet almonds, grown for the table and for gastronomy.
