The wild boar terrine with rosemary is a true delight for game enthusiasts, featuring the richness of wild boar marinated in red wine, in the tradition of Provençal daube. Inspired by family recipes from Provence, it evokes the time when terrines were made from boars hunted in the autumn.
For safety reasons, the wild boar meat used is tested and frozen to prevent any parasitic risks associated with Trichinella, a parasite that can be harmful to humans.
This terrine is prepared with mountain pork from the Hautes-Alpes, combined with pork liver, wild boar (20%), red wine, Provençal rosemary (0.2%), and other aromatic herbs, all sourced from France.
It is naturally gluten-free, egg-free, and lactose-free, containing no additives: free from nitrite salt, emulsifiers, colorants, or flavorings. The mountain pork used comes from well-raised and well-fed animals, never frozen, ensuring optimal quality.
