This lavender honey which has a fine and flowery flavor is harvested in Valensole by Benoît Millet, our partner beekeeper. Each batch is analyzed so as to guarantee the nectar source gathered by the bees. Honey is never heated in order to preserve all of its benefits. Freshly harvested honey stays liquid and crystallizes naturally over time. It might be sometimes white-spotted which is a normal phenomenon. Honey is a natural product whose color and appearance could vary from one pot to another, this is also due to the richness of nature!
